化学家的创始
1873 年 9 月 6 日， 年轻化学家 Heinrich Byk 博士在柏林投身创业，公司的商业登记编号为 7595，由此创立了如今的毕克化学。Dr. Heinrich Byk 化学品厂主要生产商业化学品，例如碘、溴、铋盐以及药物制剂。
仅在 1898 年，该公司就在市场上推出了 16 款新产品。在世纪之交，毕克化学拥有广泛的国际业务关系，产品销往南非等国家，并从中国进口原材料。
创始人及化学家 Heinrich Byk（1845–1923）
公司迅速崛起成为行业领军企业，这主要归功于 Heinrich Byk 的研究发现。作为化学家，他一生申请了75 项专利。1906 年他退休时，已经拥有柏林和奥兰尼堡两家工厂，以及 120 多名员工。
