유성 도료 시스템용 특수 첨가제는 BYK‑SILCLEAN 3700입니다. 이는 하이드록시 기능성 실리콘 변형 폴리아크릴레이트이며, 표면 활성으로 인해 도료 표면으로 이동합니다. 1차 OH기로 인해 가교 반응 중에 많은 도료 배합(예: 2액형 폴리우레탄, 알키드 멜라민, 폴리에스테르 멜라민, 아크릴레이트 에폭시, 에폭시 페놀)에서 폴리머 매트릭스에 혼입될 수 있습니다. 이러한 방식으로 첨가제는 도료 표면에 영구적으로 고정되며 실리콘이 기여하는 특정 표면 특성도 실외 노출 시를 포함하여 더욱 영구적입니다.
BYK‑SILCLEAN 3700은 도료 표면을 소수성 및 친유성으로 동시에 만들어 먼지 흡착이 줄고 세척성이 향상됩니다. 내수성이 향상되고 미백(백화) 현상이 방지됩니다.
또한 낙서 방지 및 테이프 이형 특성을 개선하는 데에도 사용할 수 있습니다. 또한 BYK‑SILCLEAN 3700은 기재 습윤, 레벨링 및 표면 슬립도 개선합니다. 수성 시스템의 경우 BYK‑SILCLEAN 3720을 사용하여 동일한 특성을 얻을 수 있습니다.
