습윤분산제
BYK 습윤분산제는 고형 입자들이 액상 매질에서도 고르게 분포할 수 있도록 하며, 최적의 장기 안정성 또한 보장합니다. 첨가제는 안료(무기, 유기 및 특수효과 안료) 및 충전재를 안정화합니다. 액체상은 물과 다양한 극성을 가진 유기 용매 전체를 포함할 수 있습니다.
습윤제는 표면 활성 물질로서 고체의 습윤성을 향상시킵니다. 분산제는 다양한 메커니즘(정전기 효과, 입체 효과)에 의해 입자가 응집되는 것을 방지합니다. 습윤분산제는 습윤 및 안정화, 이 두 가지 작용 메커니즘을 하나의 제품에 통합시킨 제품입니다.
