표면용 첨가제
도료의 도장 과정에서 다양한 표면 결함이 발생합니다. 그 원인 중에 하나는 표면 장력의 차이 때문입니다. 예를 들어, 도료의 표면 장력이 소재보다 높으면 습윤성 불량 (높은 접촉각)과 접착성 불량 및 분화구 현상 (Cratering)이 나타납니다. 도장 후 또는 건조 중에도 표면 장력의 차이는 레벨링성 불량과 안료의 색분리 현상의 원인이 됩니다. BYK 첨가제를 통해 이러한 표면 결함을 개선 또는 방지 할 수 있습니다.
또한, 표면용 첨가제는 표면 슬립성 및 Cleaning성을 향상시킨다.
