从 20 世纪 70 年代起，毕克化学开始专注于特殊化学品的生产。
起步阶段规模不大。生产车间和实验室同在一栋大楼内。少数员工生产 ANTI-TERRA 系列润湿分散剂、流平剂 BYKETOL 和消泡剂 BUBBLE BREAKER。然而，韦塞尔工厂在成立的第一年就凭借 11 种产品实现了 50 万德国马克的营业额。
开拓精神、勤奋、勇气和创新理念为公司在韦塞尔的成功奠定了坚实的基础。这种精神使公司成为优质的助剂供应商，并继续塑造毕克化学及其员工至今。
