DISPERBYK-199 (BF)
DISPERBYK-199 is the first VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive based on electrosteric stabilization that perfectly combines high quality standards with the need for economic efficiency. It is therefore a good alternative to the polyelectrolyte-based dispersing additives often used in aqueous systems or the high-molecular wetting and dispersing additives. DISPERBYK-199 is equally suitable for organic and inorganic pigments and increases the hiding power of TiO2 in particular, thus enabling lower pigmentation. DISPERBYK-199 is insensitive to ions and therefore compatible with all water qualities. It is particularly recommended for water-based paints (PVC 16-35) and highly filled pigment concentrates.

DISPERBYK-2010
DISPERBYK-2010 is especially suitable for resin-free grinding and provides excellent dispersion and stabilization of organic and inorganic pigments. This leads to an intensive color strength development, good transparency and hiding power, and an increase in gloss. DISPERBYK-2010 significantly reduces the grind viscosity and improves the flow and processing behavior of systems. As DISPERBYK-2010 has a relatively hydrophobic structure, it has virtually no negative influence on the water resistance of the dry coating. DISPERBYK-2014 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne, solvent-free, and aqueous coatings and UV systems as well as for water-based printing inks and inkjet inks, which has only a medium product viscosity despite its active substance of 100%. Its focus is on maximum transparency, gloss, and perfect color development of organic pigments and carbon blacks. This product profile is rounded off by a significant reduction in viscosity in the system, even with high pigmentation.

DISPERBYK-2080
Wetting and dispersing additives for aqueous systems always have a certain hydrophilic character, that continues to have an effect even in cured coatings, which can impair their water, corrosion, and stain resistance. DISPERBYK-2080 is an additive that offers very good viscosity reduction and deflocculation, especially of inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide, and fillers, but without impairing the above-mentioned properties.
