150 Jahre BYK = 150 Jahre Fokus auf Innovation: Wir starten in unser Jubiläumsjahr mit einer Erfolgsmeldung in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit. Unser BYK Produktionsstandort in Schanghai wurde mit einer rund 2000 Quadratmeter großen Solaranlage bestückt. Sogar die Parkplätze liefern jetzt Solarstrom – und werden gleichzeitig beschattet. Win-win also. Die Solaranlage liefert rund 400.000 kWh grünen Strom pro Jahr. Würde die gleiche Menge Strom mit fossilen Energieträgern erzeugt, entstünden dabei Kohlenstoffemissionen von etwa 200 Tonnen pro Jahr.
